Hard to explain all on reddit but basically you want to generate new image from the old one by using the constraints inside the crop to resize the old image and then take a screen shot using code.
My plan is add a scrollview and put a image inside it as we need to zoom in and zoom out to crop right. If you are satisfied with cropping the image you can save it in a number of different formats. Or drop images here. To take a screen shot is pretty easy just google it and you ll be able to find the stackoverflow answer.
